2. RETURN REQUEST PERIOD
Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
Requests made after the eligible period may not be accepted.
3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following products may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance sale products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse

- Customers may be required to self-ship the product in certain locations
Returned products should be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

7. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges may be:

If the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product delivered by Men on Mission, eligible shipping costs may be covered by us.
8. EXCHANGE POLICY
